Ważne interakcje

Whenever Port Razer deals combat damage to a player, you untap each creature you control, then after the current phase there is an additional combat phase. The untap and the creation of the extra combat phase both happen as a result of that triggered ability resolving.
Port Razer's last ability prevents it from being declared as an attacker against a player if it has already attacked that same player earlier in the turn. It does not prevent attacking the same player in a later turn, nor does it stop Port Razer from attacking a planeswalker or a battle at any time.
The additional combat phase occurs after the current phase (normally after the combat phase in which the trigger resolved). That extra combat phase is a full combat phase (beginning of combat, declare attackers, etc.).
Port Razer does not have to attack in the extra combat phase it creates. Attack declarations are optional unless another effect forces attacking.
If Port Razer deals combat damage to a player during an extra combat phase, its triggered ability can fire again, producing another untap and another extra combat phase (subject to the restriction that Port Razer cannot attack that same player again that turn).
