Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Przeciwwaga (Counterbalance)

Zaklęcie

Za każdym razem, gdy przeciwnik rozgrywa czar, możesz odsłonić górną kartę swojej biblioteki. Jeśli to zrobisz, skontruj ten czar, jeśli ma taką samą wartość many jak odsłonięta karta.

Jak działa karta?

Możesz odsłonić górną kartę biblioteki, by skontruować czar przeciwnika, jeśli jego wartość many równa się wartości odsłoniętej karty.

Gdy przeciwnik kładzie czar na stos, możesz odsłonić górną kartę biblioteki. Jeśli odsłonisz, porównaj wartość many odsłoniętej karty z wartością many rzucanego czaru; jeśli są równe, czar zostaje skontruowany. Odsłonięcie karty to akcja informacyjna — nie zmienia to stanu many ani nie przesuwa karty poza bibliotekę.

Ważne interakcje

Jeśli przeciwnik rzuca czar z kosztem zawierającym X, wartość many czaru uwzględnia wybraną wartość X; odsłonięta karta z X w koszcie ma X równe 0.
W przypadku kart dzielonych: wartość many całej karty dzielonej to suma kosztów obu połówek, lecz gdy przeciwnik rzuca tylko jedną połowę (np. Hit), jej wartość many liczy się według jej własnego kosztu; odsłonięcie tej samej fizycznej karty niekoniecznie spowoduje skontruowanie tej połowy.

Częste pomyłki

Mylenie wartości many czaru z X — gdy czar ma X w koszcie, jego wartość many uwzględnia wybraną wartość X.
Zakładanie, że odsłonięcie tej samej fizycznej karty dzielonej zawsze skontruje rzucaną połowę; wartość many połowy może różnić się od wartości całej karty dzielonej.

Przykład

Przeciwnik rzuca czar o wartości many 2; odsłaniasz górną kartę biblioteki i widzisz kartę o wartości many 2 — możesz skontruować ten czar, zanim rozwiąże się na stosie.

If an opponent casts half of a split card (for example, Hit), it won't be countered if you reveal that same split card. The mana value of a split card is determined by the combined mana cost of its two halves, but the mana value of Hit is determined using only that half's mana cost.

2006-07-15

If an opponent casts a spell with X in its mana cost, the mana value of that spell takes the value of X into account. If you reveal a card with X in its mana cost, X is 0. For example, if your opponent casts Blaze with X=1, Counterbalance will counter that spell if you reveal a card with mana value 2, but it won't counter that spell if you reveal a Blaze of your own.
