Zgubne ultimatum niszczy wszystkie nielądowe stałe kontrolowane przez twoich przeciwników (stworzenia, artefakty, enchantmenty, planeswalkerzy itp.). Lądy nie są niszczone.
Ruinous Ultimatum to czar typu Sorcery (zaklęcie). Gdy go rozgrywasz i rozwiązuje się, wszystkie stałe nielądowe kontrolowane przez twoich przeciwników zostają zniszczone. "Stały nielądowy" oznacza każdy permanent na polu bitwy, który nie jest lądem (np. stwory, artefakty, czary stałe, enchantmenty, planeswalkerzy), o ile jest kontrolowany przez któregoś z twoich przeciwników. Lądy nie są niszczone przez to zaklęcie. Efekt obejmuje wszystkie twoich przeciwników jednocześnie; jeśli masz więcej niż jednego przeciwnika, niszczone są stałe kontrolowane przez każdego z nich.
Częste pomyłki
- Nie dotyczy twoich własnych stałych — niszczeni są tylko stałe kontrolowane przez przeciwników.
- Lądy nie są dotknięte — tylko nielądowe stałe są niszczone.
- Efekt obejmuje stałe wszystkich przeciwników jednocześnie — nie wybierasz, których zniszczyć.

Przykład: Masz jednego przeciwnika. On kontroluje stwora, artefakt i ląd. Po rozwiązaniu Zgubnego ultimatum zostaną zniszczone stwór i artefakt, ale ląd pozostanie.
