Neither "Time" nor "Lord" are creature types. Some older cards were printed with the subtype "Lord," but all of those cards have updated Oracle card text that removed that type.

Wyjaśnienie po polsku
Dziewiąty Doktor (The Ninth Doctor)
Legendarna istota — Time Lord Doctor
Przyspieszenie (Haste)
Into the TARDIS — Zawsze gdy Dziewiąty Doktor zostaje odtapowany podczas twojego kroku odtapowywania, otrzymujesz dodatkowy krok utrzymania po tym kroku.
Into the TARDIS — Zawsze gdy Dziewiąty Doktor zostaje odtapowany podczas twojego kroku odtapowywania, otrzymujesz dodatkowy krok utrzymania po tym kroku.
Ability 2 — Into the TARDIS: To jest zdolność wyzwalana.
- Haste — The Ninth Doctor can attack and use activated abilities with
or that require tapping the creature the turn it comes under your control. - Into the TARDIS — This is a triggered ability. It triggers when The Ninth Doctor becomes untapped during your untap step. When that trigger resolves, you get an additional upkeep step after the current upkeep step.
- Timing of trigger and extra upkeep — The ability triggers in the untap step, but the extra upkeep occurs after the upcoming upkeep step (the trigger goes on the stack and resolves in the next step, usually the upkeep). That means you will take the normal untap step, then the normal upkeep step, then an extra upkeep step provided the trigger resolved.
- Multiple triggers — If multiple such abilities trigger (from multiple creatures or multiple triggers from the same source), each resolved trigger creates its own additional upkeep. Additional upkeeps are taken in the order those triggers resolved.
- Choosing creature types — If a card or effect asks you to choose a creature type, you may choose Time Lord.
- Mylenie typów stworzeń: "Time Lord" to pojedynczy podtyp złożony z dwóch słów; nie wybieraj oddzielnie "Time" lub "Lord".

Unlike other creature types in Magic that are each only one word, the two words "Time Lord" represent a single creature subtype. Time Lord is the only two-word creature type.
The Ninth Doctor's ability triggers during the untap step and goes onto the stack at the beginning of the next step (usually the upkeep). The additional upkeep is taken after that step, not after the untap step.
If an effect instructs you to choose a creature type, you may choose Time Lord.
