Jak działa karta?

Dwie aktywowane zdolności z kosztem {T} : za {G} , {T} daj +0/+1 dowolnej istocie do końca tury; za {U} , {T} włóż docelową istotę, którą kontrolujesz, na wierzch jej biblioteki.

Civic Guildmage ma dwie zdolności aktywowane. Obie zawierają koszt {T} , czyli tapnięcie tej istoty, oraz wymagają zapłacenia koloru many: albo {G} (zielona) dla pierwszej, albo {U} (niebieska) dla drugiej. Aby aktywować jedną z nich, musisz mieć dostępną odpowiednią kolorową manę i istota musi być odtapowana. Ważne interakcje

When you activate an ability with , the creature with Civic Guildmage must be untapped to pay that cost. If it is already tapped, you cannot activate that ability.
The +0/+1 effect lasts only until end of turn and can affect any target creature (including an opponent's) unless the ability specifies otherwise.
Putting a creature you control on top of its owner's library targets only creatures you control; you cannot use that mode to target an opponent's creature.
You may activate either ability even if Civic Guildmage has summoning sickness, because both are activated abilities that require ; summoning sickness prevents only attacking and activating abilities with the tap symbol unless the creature has haste.
If the targeted creature is no longer a legal target when the ability resolves, the ability does nothing.
Costs are paid (including paying colored mana) as you activate the ability; you must pay for the first ability and for the second.
If an effect modifies the creature's tapped/untapped status as part of paying costs, that happens before checking if you can tap it for the ability.

Częste pomyłki
