Skywriter Djinn has Flying and a Domain-triggered enter-the-battlefield sequence. When it enters the battlefield, do the following sequence once and then possibly repeat it: 1) Conjure a random card from Skywriter Djinn's spellbook into your hand (put one random card from that defined spellbook into your hand). 2) Count the number of basic land types among lands you control (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest — each type counted at most once). If you now have fewer cards in hand than that count, perform the entire sequence again (conjure another random card, then check again). Continue repeating until your hand size is equal to or greater than that number of basic land types.

The card references "Domain — ... number of basic land types among lands you control". "Basic land types" means the basic land types: Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest. Count each type once if you control at least one land with that type.
The process triggered by the Domain ability is a repeatable sequence: each time you "conjure a random card from Skywriter Djinn's spellbook into your hand," you then compare your current hand size to that number of basic land types.
