Planeswalker loyalty abilities use the card’s loyalty counters. You can activate one loyalty ability of a planeswalker you control on your turn when you could cast a sorcery, and you must be able to pay the loyalty cost (adding or removing counters) as part of activating it.
When an ability creates a token or moves permanents to the battlefield, those permanents exist independently of the planeswalker that produced them; they do not inherit any relation beyond what the ability specifies.
If an effect changes a permanent’s types or grants abilities without a duration, those changes last until that permanent leaves the battlefield or another effect replaces them.
