Jak działa karta?

Po wejściu możesz poświęcić inną istotę. Jeżeli to zrobisz, pojawia się osobna zdolność, której celem staje się wybrany nieziemny stały i która go niszczy po rozwiązaniu.

Oracle: "When this creature enters, you may sacrifice another creature. When you do, destroy target nonland permanent." — Po wejściu tej istoty na pole bitwy możesz poświęcić inną istotę. Jeśli to zrobisz, niszczysz docelowy nieziemny stały.

Jak to działa krok po kroku:
1) Ruthless Lawbringer wchodzi na pole bitwy -> jej pierwsza zdolność wyzwalająca pojawia się na stosie: "możesz poświęcić inną istotę".
2) Nie wybierasz celu dla niszczenia w tym momencie. Jeżeli zdecydujesz się poświęcić inną istotę, wtedy natychmiast wyzwala się druga (refleksyjna) zdolność: "zniszcz docelowy nieziemny stały".
3) Gdy refleksyjna zdolność trafia na stos, wybierasz cel dla niej i wtedy gracze mogą na nią odpowiadać.
4) Jeśli refleksyjna zdolność rozwiąże się bez przeszkód, wybrany nieziemny stały zostaje zniszczony.

Ważne: jeśli nie poświęcisz innej istoty, druga zdolność nie wyzwoli się i nie będzie żadnego efektu niszczenia.

We may sacrifice another creature when Ruthless Lawbringer enters the battlefield. If we do, a separate triggered ability goes on the stack that destroys a target nonland permanent.
You do not choose the target when Ruthless Lawbringer’s first ability triggers on ETB. Only if you actually sacrifice another creature does the reflexive triggered ability trigger, and you choose a target when that reflexive ability goes on the stack.
Players may respond after you sacrifice the creature and before the reflexive triggered ability resolves (for example by protecting the target or otherwise changing the game state).

You don’t choose a target for Ruthless Lawbringer’s ability at the time it triggers. Rather, a second “reflexive” ability triggers when you sacrifice another creature this way. You choose a target for that ability as it goes on the stack. Each player may respond to this triggered ability as normal. Notably, the triggered ability isn’t a crime, but the reflexive triggered ability potentially is.
