Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Numbing Dose

Enchantment — Aura

Enchanted permanent doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted permanent's controller, that player loses 1 life.

At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted permanent's controller, that player loses 1 life — na początku utrzymania kontrolera tego, co jest objęte Aurą, ten gracz traci 1 punkt życia.
