Saga ETB and after your draw step: When Welcome to Sweettooth enters the battlefield and after each of your draw steps, it gets a lore counter. When it has three lore counters, it is sacrificed (the III ability still resolves before it leaves).
I — Create a 1/1 white Human creature token: When the first lore counter is put on this Saga, its I ability triggers. When that trigger resolves, you create a 1/1 white Human creature token.
II — Create a Food token: When the second lore counter is put on this Saga, its II ability triggers. When that trigger resolves, you create a Food token (an artifact token with type Food).
III — Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature you control, where X is one plus the number of Foods you control: When the third lore counter is put on this Saga, its III ability triggers. You choose a target creature you control for this ability when the trigger goes on the stack. When it resolves, count all permanents you control that are Foods (this includes Food tokens and any artifact creatures or other permanents that have the Food type). Let N be that number; put N+1 +1/+1 counters on the targeted creature. After the III ability resolves and the Saga state is checked, you sacrifice the Saga because it has three lore counters.
Food interactions: "Food" is an artifact type. A permanent can be a Food and also have other types (for example, an artifact creature can be a Food), but Food is not a creature type. Any effect that counts or refers to Foods cares about any permanent with the Food type, not only Food tokens.
Sacrificing Foods for costs: You cannot use the same single Food to pay multiple costs. If you need to sacrifice a Food for one cost and also for another cost, you must use separate Food permanents.

Myślenie, że Food to rodzaj stworzenia — Food to typ artefaktu, nie typ stworzenia.

If an effect refers to a Food, it means any Food artifact, not just a Food artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Tough Cookie (an Artifact Creature — Food Golem) to activate Maraleaf Rider's ability (an ability with "Sacrifice a Food" in its cost).
