To jest żeton stworzenia o podtypie Elemental. Sam w sobie nie określa mocy, wytrzymałości ani zdolności — te musi określić efekt, który go tworzy.
Token Creature — Elemental oznacza, że to żeton będący stworzeniem o typie podtypie "Elemental". Tokeny są obiektami tworzonymi przez efekty kart (np. czary, zdolności). Ten token nie ma dodatkowych właściwości (takich jak moc, wytrzymałość, zdolności czy koszt), ponieważ oryginalny tekst Oracle nie podaje takich informacji. Wszystkie właściwości tokena (moc/wytrzymałość, zdolności itp.) muszą być określone przez efekt, który go stworzył. Jeśli efekt tworzący ten token określa konkretne wartości lub zdolności, stosuje się te wartości zamiast pustych pól w tym opisie tokena.
Częste pomyłki
- Mylenie tokena z kartą — token nie jest kartą i nie ma kosztu many ani innych właściwości poza tymi nadanymi przez efekt tworzący.
- Zakładanie, że każdy Elemental-token ma określoną moc/wytrzymałość — jeśli efekt jej nie podaje, token nie ma ustalonych wartości i zwykle nie powstaje bez nich; efekt tworzący musi je określić.
- Dodawanie zdolności (np. flying) bez podstawy — token ma tylko te zdolności, które zostały wymienione przez efekt tworzący.

Przykład: karta mówi "Create a 3/3 red Elemental creature token." Wtedy powstaje żeton stworzenia — Elemental o mocy 3 i wytrzymałości 3 oraz kolorze czerwonym. Jeśli natomiast karta po prostu "creates an Elemental token", to potrzebne są dodatkowe informacje na karcie tworzącej, bo sam token "Token Creature — Elemental" nie mówi nic o liczbach ani zdolnościach.
