Because the cost of Sandsower’s ability doesn’t include the {T} symbol, you can tap any three untapped creatures you control (including Sandsower itself), even if those creatures haven’t been under your control continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn.

Wyjaśnienie po polsku
Rozsiewacz Piasku (Sandsower)
Stwór — Duch
Przekręć trzy nieprzekręcone stwory, które kontrolujesz: Przekręć wskazany stwór.
Jak działa karta?
Przekręć trzy nieprzekręcone stwory, które kontrolujesz, by przekręcić wskazany stwór.
Masz trzy nieprzekręcone stwory i Rozsiewacza Piasku; przekręcasz te trzy stworzy i wybierasz jako cel przeciwnikowego atakującego stwora, aby go przekręcić i uniemożliwić atak.
