Zyskują taranowanie do końca tury.

Te stworzenia zyskują trample do końca tury.

We assume normal timing for triggered abilities: the 'When Rhino enters' ability is a triggered ability that goes on the stack after Rhino has entered the battlefield.
The triggered ability targets an artifact or land for the destroy effect, and separately targets up to three other creatures for the +1/+1 counters and granting trample. These are targets indicated in the oracle text.
Because the ability says 'other target creatures', Rhino itself cannot be one of the creatures receiving counters or trample.
If a targeted permanent is illegal when the ability resolves (for example, the artifact or land is gone), that target is simply not affected; other valid targets are still affected.
If one of the creature targets is not on the battlefield when the ability resolves (it died or left), you cannot distribute counters to it; you distribute only to the remaining legal creature targets.
The phrase 'Distribute three +1/+1 counters among up to three other target creatures' means you divide the three counters as you choose among the chosen up-to-three creatures. You may put multiple counters on the same creature, and you may put zero on some chosen targets as long as the total placed is three.
The creatures that receive the counters also gain trample until end of turn. If a creature that gained trample later loses it for some reason, that is determined by other effects; this ability grants trample until end of turn when it resolves.
If the triggered ability is countered on the stack (for example with a counterspell), nothing happens and no counters are distributed and no permanent is destroyed.
If the trigger has multiple targets and one target choice is illegal at resolution, the rest of the effect still happens for the legal targets; the destroy and the counters/trample parts are separate effects within the same triggered ability but they share the same overall targeting (one target for the destroy, up to three for the creatures).
