We compare Grenzo's power when the ability resolves to the creature card's printed or current power in the graveyard (use last known power if Grenzo left the battlefield).
Activate the ability by paying . It mills the bottom card of your library (puts it into your graveyard).
If the milled card is a creature card and its power is less than or equal to Grenzo's power at resolution, that creature is put onto the battlefield (from the graveyard).
If a replacement effect causes the card to be put somewhere other than the graveyard (for example, exiled), treat that as the card being put there and, if it's a creature card with appropriate power, you put it onto the battlefield from that zone.
If Grenzo has left the battlefield before the ability resolves, use Grenzo's last known power from when it was on the battlefield to compare.

If a replacement effect (such as that of Leyline of the Void) causes the card to be put from your library directly into exile, you'll put it onto the battlefield from exile if it's a creature card with appropriate power.
