Necromantic Summons to sorcery. When it resolves, put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. Then check its spell mastery ability: if there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard at the time the spell resolves, that creature enters the battlefield with two additional +1/+1 counters on it.

Important timing detail from the ruling: you determine whether spell mastery applies as Necromantic Summons resolves. At that moment the spell is still on the stack, so Necromantic Summons itself does not count toward the two instant/sorcery cards. Only cards already in your graveyard before the resolution are counted.

Necromantic Summons itself is on the stack while you make that check, so it doesn’t help you reach two cards.
