Pest Rescuer

Creature — Dryad Druid

At the beginning of each upkeep, if you don't control a Pest creature token, create a 1/1 black and green Pest creature token with "When this token dies, you gain 1 life."
If you would gain life, you gain that much life plus 1 instead.

Jak działa karta?

Na początku upkeep, jeśli nie masz żetonu Pest, może stworzyć 1/1 czarno-zielony żeton Pest z "When this token dies, you gain 1 life."

• Jeśli wywoła się i rozwiąże, tworzy 1/1 czarno-zielony żeton stworzenia Pest z tekstem zdolności: "When this token dies, you gain 1 life." (czyli przy śmierci tego żetonu zyskujesz 1 życie). Druga zdolność (zamienna przy zdobywaniu życia): • Zastępuje każde zdarzenie zdobywania życia i zwiększa je o 1. Jeśli miałbyś zdobyć N życia, zamiast tego zdobywasz N+1. • Jeśli kontrolujesz więcej niż jednego Pest Rescuer, każda taka karta daje swoją zastępczą część: jeśli miałbyś zdobyć N życia, a kontrolujesz m takich Pest Rescuerów, zamiast tego zdobędziesz N+m (patrz rulings). • Gdy kilka źródeł powoduje osobne zdarzenia zdobycia życia (np. dwie istoty z lifelink zadają jednocześnie obrażenia), zastępcza zdolność Pest Rescuer zastosuje się do każdego z tych osobnych zdarzeń oddzielnie (więcej reguł w rulings).

Przykład

Przykłady: 1) Na początku twojej upkeep nie masz żetonu Pest → zdolność się wywołuje i (jeśli przy rozwiązywaniu nadal nie masz żetonu Pest) tworzy 1/1 żeton Pest. 2) Masz dwa Pest Rescuer i w wyniku obrażeń miałbyś zdobyć 3 życia: każde z dwóch Pest Rescuer dodaje +1, więc zamiast 3 zyskujesz 5. 3) Jedna istota z lifelink zadaje 4 obrażeń — to jedno zdarzenie zdobycia życia; jeśli kontrolujesz jednego Pest Rescuer, zyskujesz 5 (4+1). 4) Dwie różne istoty z lifelink zadają obrażenia jednocześnie, każda powoduje oddzielne zdarzenie zdobycia życia; z jednym Pest Rescuer każdemu z tych zdarzeń dodajesz +1.

If you control two Pest Rescuers and you would gain life, you gain that much life plus 2. A third Pest Rescuer has you gain that much life plus 3, and so on.

If you gain an amount of life "for each" of something or "equal to the number" of something, that life is gained as one event and the last ability of Pest Rescuer applies only once.

Pest Rescuer's first ability checks at the moment it would trigger to see if you control any Pest creature tokens. If you do, the ability won't trigger at all. If it does trigger, the ability will check again as it tries to resolve. If you control any Pest creature tokens at that time, the ability won't resolve and none of its effects will happen.

Each creature with lifelink dealing combat damage causes a separate life-gaining event. For example, if two creatures you control with lifelink deal combat damage at the same time, Pest Rescuer's last ability will apply twice. However, if a single creature you control with lifelink deals combat damage to multiple creatures, players, planeswalkers, and/or battles at the same time (perhaps because it has trample or was blocked by more than one creature), the ability will apply only once.
