Gdy Złodziej Krwi wchodzi na pole bitwy, jego zdolność zastępcza powoduje, że najpierw usuwane są wszystkie znaczniki ze wszystkich permanentów. Następnie Złodziej wchodzi na pole bitwy z tyloma znacznikami +1/+1, ile znaczników zostało w ten sposób usuniętych. Efekt dotyczy tylko znaczników na permanentach (np. lojalności planeswalkerów), nie usuwa znaczników z graczy ani innych poza-permanentowych źródeł.

Zakładanie, że gdy kilka tych stworów wchodzi jednocześnie, każdy może użyć swojej zdolności zastępczej; tylko jedna z tych zdolności może zostać zastosowana, więc tylko wybrany egzemplarz otrzyma dodatkowe znaczniki.

If more than one Thief of Blood enters the battlefield at the same time, you can apply the replacement effect of any of them. That one will enter with additional +1/+1 counters due to its own ability and the others will not.
