Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Kazandu Mammoth // Kazandu Valley

Stworzenie — Słoń // Teren

Brak tekstu Oracle przekazanego.

To use this modal dwustronna karta (modal double-faced card) you choose which face you're playing: the front face (Kazandu Mammoth) is a creature and can be cast as a spell; the back face (Kazandu Valley) is a land and can be played as a land. When the card is in your library, hand, graveyard, exile, or other zones besides the battlefield and stack, its mana value and other characteristics are those of the front face (Kazandu Mammoth). On the stack or the battlefield, use the face that's currently up. If an effect explicitly says you may cast this card, you cannot instead play it as a land. If an effect puts this card onto the battlefield, it enters with the front face up; if that front face can't enter, the card doesn't enter. This card never transforms; ignore any instruction to transform it. For Commander color identity, both faces' mana costs and mana symbols in rules text are considered. Landfall rules: a landfall ability triggers whenever a land you control enters the battlefield for any reason (including playing a land or an effect putting a land onto the battlefield). It does not trigger when a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land. If multiple landfall abilities trigger at once, you choose the order to put them on the stack, and they will resolve in reverse of that order.

Ważne interakcje

To determine mana value: on the stack and battlefield, use the face that's up; in other zones, use the front face (Kazandu Mammoth).
You may cast the creature face (Kazandu Mammoth) as a spell or play the land face (Kazandu Valley) as a land, depending on which face you choose.
If an effect allows you to play or cast a card from a group, you may choose either face of this modal double-faced card if that face fits the effect's criteria.
If an effect specifically allows you to cast this card (not play), you cannot play it as a land; you must cast it as the creature face.
If an effect puts this card onto the battlefield, it enters with its front face up (Kazandu Mammoth). If that front face can't be put onto the battlefield, the card doesn't enter.
This card can't be transformed and can't be put onto the battlefield transformed; ignore effects that would transform it.
Landfall abilities trigger whenever a land you control enters the battlefield for any reason. They do not trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land.
When multiple landfall abilities trigger from the same event, you choose the order to put them on the stack; the last one put on the stack resolves first.
For effects that ask you to choose a card name, you may choose the name of either face (Kazandu Mammoth or Kazandu Valley). If a linked effect refers to casting/playing by that chosen name, only the chosen name is considered.
To check whether you can play this card as a land or cast it as a spell, consider only the characteristics (mana cost, card type, etc.) of the face you're trying to play.

Przykład: Jeśli karta jest w twojej ręce, jej wartość many to ta przypisana Kazandu Mammoth (przednia strona).

A landfall ability triggers whenever a land you control enters for any reason. It triggers whenever you play a land, as well as whenever a spell or ability puts a land onto the battlefield under your control.

2024-11-08

A landfall ability doesn't trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land.

2024-11-08

Whenever a land you control enters, each landfall ability of the permanents you control will trigger. You can put them on the stack in any order. The last ability you put on the stack will be the first one to resolve (As a result, you can have those abilities resolve in the order of your choosing.).

2020-09-25

The mana value of a modal double-faced card is based on the characteristics of the face that's being considered. On the stack and battlefield, consider whichever face is up. In all other zones, consider only the front face. This is different than how the mana value of a transforming double-faced card is determined.

2020-09-25

In the Commander variant, a double-faced card's color identity is determined by the mana costs and mana symbols in the rules text of both faces combined. If either face has a color indicator or basic land type, those are also considered.

2020-09-25

If an effect allows you to play a land or cast a spell from among a group of cards, you may play or cast a modal double-faced card with any face that fits the criteria of that effect.

2020-09-25

If an effect allows you to play a specific modal double-faced card, you may cast it as a spell or play it as a land, as determined by which face you choose to play. If an effect allows you to cast (rather than "play") a specific modal double-faced card, you can't play it as a land.

2020-09-25

There is a single triangle icon in the top left corner of the front face. There is a double triangle icon in the top left corner of the back face.

2020-09-25

A modal double-faced card can't be transformed or be put onto the battlefield transformed. Ignore any instruction to transform a modal double-faced card or to put one onto the battlefield transformed.

2020-09-25

If an effect puts a double-faced card onto the battlefield, it enters with its front face up. If that front face can't be put onto the battlefield, it doesn't enter the battlefield.

2020-09-25

If an effect instructs a player to choose a card name, the name of either face may be chosen. If that effect or a linked ability refers to a spell with the chosen name being cast and/or a land with the chosen name being played, it considers only the chosen name, not the other face's name.

2020-09-25

To determine whether it is legal to play a modal double-faced card, consider only the characteristics of the face you're playing and ignore the other face's characteristics.
